If you sign up for autopay, you authorize the company to charge your credit card whenever there is a balance on your account. Payments not made by the invoice on the due date will incur a $25.00 late fee per month until the balance is paid in full. If Upscale Turf Management must initiate legal proceedings to recover outstanding payments, we may, at our discretion, file a lawsuit in the small county claims court where our office is situated. In such circumstances, you will be required to reimburse the company for any attorney fees incurred in connection with the litigation.
